HAR-TRU Clay Tennis Courts
Four (4) HAR-TRU clay tennis courts with two (2) being lighted. Above ground irrigation watering system. The main advantage of of HAR-TRU courts is they are less demanding on the legs and body than a traditional hard court. An online reservation system is available for all residents to book court play.
Clubhouse
Come and relax at the Mirabella Clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a social hall, card room, fitness center, aerobics studio, separate kids’ clubhouse and covered outdoor playground. New playground equipment is in progress. Kids’ Clubhouse is available for birthday parties and includes air hockey and table tennis.
Community Pool
Relax at our community pool, with a separate toddler pool. Pool umbrellas and shaded tables are available.
Natural Gas Utility Service
Mirabella is set up with natural gas utility service from Teco Peoples Gas. Use natural gas for hot water, cooking, and clothes drying as well as everyday luxuries like spa and pool heating, all while saving energy costs.
Fitness Center and Aerobics Room
A resident-only fitness center and aerobics room is available. Cardio, strength training, and stretching areas are available. The fitness center is equipped with TV’s for viewing while using cardio equipment.
